John Kaye is a 25-year industry veteran who has been a California-licensed real estate broker since 1986. In addition to his entrepreneurism, John’s experience includes senior management positions at The Irvine Company, Koll Company, and Brookfield Homes. With a diverse background and skill set, his responsibilities have included land brokerage, acquisitions/dispositions, project management, finance, and market strategies. During the last cycle, John was a partner in a land development portfolio, in which he was responsible for origination and development of properties throughout Southern California. He earned a B.S. Finance and an MBA from Arizona State University.

John is also a co-founder of Argus Partners, www.argus-partners.com, which is a group of seasoned development professionals specializing in project management, entitlements, land development, due diligence/portfolio evaluation, and construction management.
